Simple really :). If you are a seller, just create an account, upload your products, and share. Buyers will have a smooth purchase experience through our localized payment options which are GCash, GrabPay, Maya, local credit/debit cards and PayPal for international payments.

It's FREE because we are still in BETA. We hope to first help our sellers make sales and get traction on their products at this stage. Once we reach a critical number of sellers, we will announce our pricing options but rest assured that it will be more competitive than any other existing platform. We will just need to subtract the transaction fee from our payment gateway partner in the meantime (see table below).

The most common examples are e-books, tutorials, courses, templates, software, plugins, fonts, presets, graphics, photography, and the like. Basically, something of value that you created in a digital format that your customers are willing to pay for. If it's of value, somebody out there has a need for it and would appreciate it so start creating and sign up to Snack :).

Not yet. But eventually, sellers just need to indicate that the item is physical when they add a product for sale. A delivery address will then be shown to the buyer to be filled. Seller will be responsible for shipment. We also hope to provide 3PL delivery options in the future.

Formats can be, but not limited to .mp3, .pdf, .png, .jpeg, .psd, .ai, .fig, .svg, .otf, .ttf, .woff files as long as your buyers are able to access and make use of the files they have purchased. This is where detailed information and instruction by sellers on their product page(s) can be really helpful to customers.

Payout Timeline Monthly; by the 5th business day of each month
Payout Schedule Transactions from the first day of the month 12:00AM to the last day of the month 11:59PM will be paid out by the 5th business day of the following month
Minimum Payout Amount ₱1000
Balance gets carried over the following month until the minimun is reached for a payout

The cost for buyers depends on the prices determined by the sellers for their respective products.

Our sellers are reputable and vetted. However, there may be instances when delivery may not be instant or immediate. We will contact the seller ASAP and inform them of the successful payment. We will issue a refund if we are not able to resolve any missing or incomplete deliverable.

Sellers are given the opportunity and discretion to state their own refund policy as long as it is expicit on their storefront content. If sellers choose not to establish their own refund policy, Snack’s Policy would be used instead.

In the Snack Refund Policy, Snack may issue refunds within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will only be permitted, on a case-to-case basis, if items are unsuccessfully delivered or the wrong product was delivered.
